Aquila Estates is a very nice community originally developed in the early 2000's, but multiple builders have provided homes of all ages. Most are 3-4 bedroom ranch-style homes with double garages, landscaped yards, quarter-acre lots, and many upgrades and extras. There is a large lake in the heart of the community, and some homes have private docks and water views.
The community is outside city limits off Hwy 701, so taxes are low, and even though some of the homes have luxury features, there is no HOA fee. Children will attend South Conway Elementary School, Whittemore Park Middle School, and Conway High School. Prices range from around $150,000 to just under $200,000 - a lot of home for the money!
