Country Manor Estates is a new community located on the north side of Conway, just off Hwy 501 and 4 Mile Rd. The majority of the homesites sit directly on a retention pond in the center of the development. It's a small community with underground utilities, sidewalks, and many homes have wooded areas behind the backyard. It was started in 2011, but many lots are still available with no time limit to build, as well as some new construction homes for sale.
These colorful homes come in all shapes and styles, with 3 or 4 bedroom plans and many of the upgrades you find in more expensive properties. Stainless steel appliances, wood flooring, and walk-in closets are the norm. Covered or screened porches accent the large backyards. Prices range from around $150,000 to $200,000, with no HOA. Lots are about $25,000.
Children will attend Homewood Elementary School, Whittemore Park Middle School, and Conway High School. Downtown Conway is just minutes away, with restaurants, stores, and the Conway Riverwalk. This is an excellent community to consider in your search for the perfect home.
If you'd like to tour the community, see some homes, or just ask questions, call us. We specialize in Conway real estate, and we'll be happy to show you the homes for sale in Country Manor Estates.
