Glass Hill is a small community on Highway 905, just a short drive from downtown Conway. Most of the homes in this development were built in the late 70's, in ranch-style, with very large lots and acreage. Most of the homes are brick, but you'll find an occasional split-level with vinyl-siding or stone accents. A few custom homes built in the mid-2000's can be found here as well.
Although these homes are very affordable, they are noteworthy due to the size of the lots. If you've got boats, rv's, or need extra storage buildings, this might be a perfect place for you to live. You'll have all the advantages of country living, but hop in the car and you'll be in the heart of Conway. The restaurants, stores, county buildings, and Riverwalk are just minutes away.
Prices in Glass Hill range from the low $100's to some newer homes that can be in the mid $200's. Kids attend Kingston Elementary, Conway Middle School, and Conway High School. This is a small community, and available homes are rare. Call us to get on a waiting list or visit the area.
