One of the most popular subdivisions in Conway is a large community right off Highway 501 Bypass, called Tiger Grand. Originally developed in the mid-2000's, additions have been added right up to the present day, offering affordable upscale brick homes starting in the high $100,000's.
The homes in Tiger Grand vary widely, from cute little gingerbread houses to luxurious estate homes with huge lots. The development features several large ponds with sparkling fountains, offering most of the homes a backyard water view. Though inside the city limits of Conway and not far from downtown, the community has a decidedly country feel, while at the same time offering sidewalks and underground utilities to make a beautiful family-friendly place to call home. Walking trails add to the neighborhoods, encouraging outdoor activities and interaction with the residents.
Homes here are 3, 4, and 5 bedrooms, with both single-story ranch styles and two-storied homes with mother-in-law suites and private pools. There are also some lots left to purchase and build. All have two-car garages, and the newest ones offer the new "smart-home" technologies, with security systems, remote thermostat controls, and more. Low HOA fees even include a cable tv package and internet access.
The location is also a good one, with easy access to Hwy 501 and the beaches, downtown Conway, several restaurants, and a very close Super Walmart. Schools include Homewood Elementary, Whittemore Park Middle, and Conway High School.
