Homes for Sale in West Ridge, Conway

West Ridge is a quiet community near the Burning Ridge Golf Course, Conway Hospital, and Coastal Carolina University. It is located off Hwy 501 and Burning Ridge Rd. The oldest homes here were built around 2007, and several builders have added homes since then, especially in 2011 and 2012. The difference in builders has created a diverse look to the community, with some homes having large 1/4 acre lots, and some with smaller landscaped yards.
